Finding genuinely handmade Dim Sum outside of London is rare — and that's exactly what makes SZEN special. Tucked away on Lower Kings Road in Berkhamsted, our kitchen team prepares every dumpling and bun daily, using flavours rooted in the Cantonese tradition that we brought with us from Hong Kong.
Our Dim Sum selection includes translucent-skinned Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gow), juicy Pork Dumplings Siu Mai, and Cha Siu Bao Steamed Bun with Chinese BBQ Pork. For something bolder, try our Deep-Fried Duck Pancake or the crowd-favourite crispy spring rolls with a sweet chilli dip.
Dim Sum is a Hong Kong tradition, and we brought it here for you to enjoy. Order a bamboo steamer of your dumpling of choice, share over a fragrant pot of tea, or make a Dim Sum focused meal with our other Wok-Fried sharing plates. Every piece is steamed or fried to order, never reheated, always fresh.
