Andy culinary career started at age 16, as he helped out in the family Business, a Traditional Chinese restaurant owned by his father. Over the years, he has honed his craft as a chef in Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore. In the mid-2010s, he managed a Chinese restaurant in downtown Australia and rose to fame, due to his success he could be found in many interviews in Chinese culinary magazines during that time.
Now the founder of SZEN, Chef Andy mission is to introduce Berkhamsted to a more innovative and seasonal take on Oriental Fusion Cuisine.
